What are the processing and delivery times?

Order processing: 0–1 business day (orders placed before 1 p.m. are processed the same day).

Estimated delivery:

QC / ON: 1–3 business days

Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

Remote regions / territories: 7–12 business days

Weekends & holidays: no shipping.

Tracking: a tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Parcel delivery: by default, no safe drop (Do-Not-Safe-Drop).

What is your warranty?

  • Refurbished products: 180 days parts & labor
  • Accessories/chargers: 30 days

What the warranty covers

  • Hardware defects or functional failures not caused by external damage
  • Abnormal battery issues (e.g., unusually low autonomy or charging defects)

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, liquid), loss/theft, cosmetic damage, third-party software/apps
  • Normal wear and tear (micro-scratches, gradual battery decline)
  • Water resistance/IP rating not guaranteed after refurbishment

Returns & DOA

  • If the item arrives defective (DOA): replacement or refund within [30 days]
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us if the product is defective; otherwise, they are the customer’s responsibility

How to make a claim

  1. Write to innotechproservice@gmail.com with your order number + model/serial number (IMEI/serial)
  2. Attach photos/videos of the issue; remote diagnostics may be performed
  3. We’ll offer the best solution: repair, equivalent replacement, or refund if no stock is available

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Default: Canada Post for all shipments

Service interruptions (e.g., strike): we will switch to UPS or Purolator to minimize delays

Tracking & delivery: tracking number provided; by default, parcels are delivered with Do-Not-Safe-Drop
