What is your warranty?

What the warranty covers
- Hardware defects or functional failures not caused by external damage
- Abnormal battery issues (e.g., unusually low autonomy or charging defects)
What is not covered
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid), loss/theft, cosmetic damage, third-party software/apps
- Normal wear and tear (micro-scratches, gradual battery decline)
- Water resistance/IP rating not guaranteed after refurbishment
Returns & DOA
- If the item arrives defective (DOA): replacement or refund within [30 days]
- Return shipping costs are covered by us if the product is defective; otherwise, they are the customer’s responsibility
How to make a claim
- Write to innotechproservice@gmail.com with your order number + model/serial number (IMEI/serial)
- Attach photos/videos of the issue; remote diagnostics may be performed
- We’ll offer the best solution: repair, equivalent replacement, or refund if no stock is available

Which shipping carriers do you use?
Default: Canada Post for all shipments
Service interruptions (e.g., strike): we will switch to UPS or Purolator to minimize delays
PO Boxes: delivered only via Canada Post (UPS/Purolator do not deliver to PO Boxes)
Tracking & delivery: tracking number provided; by default, parcels are delivered with Do-Not-Safe-Drop

Do you ship to remote regions/territories and PO Boxes?
PO Boxes: Yes, but only via Canada Post
